PM Modi hails Nitin Nabin for his appointment as BJP's working president.
On Sunday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi extended his congratulations to Nitin Nabin for his new role as the BJP’s working president, expressing trust that his vigor and commitment will enhance the party in the forthcoming years. Nabin, aged 45, was appointed by the BJP’s parliamentary board.

“Shri Nitin Nabin Ji has proven himself to be a diligent Karyakarta. He is a youthful and dedicated leader with substantial organizational experience and holds an impressive history as both an MLA and Minister in Bihar over several terms,” the Prime Minister stated in a post on X.

Nabin has worked hard to meet the aspirations of the people, the Prime Minister noted. “He is celebrated for his humble demeanor and grounded work style. I am sure that his enthusiasm and commitment will bolster our Party in the future. Congratulations to him on his appointment as the BJP National Working President,” Modi remarked.

Nitin Nabin, belonging to the Kayasth caste, is anticipated to eventually succeed the current BJP chief J P Nadda. Presently, he is the Public Works Department (PWD) minister for Bihar and represents the Bankipur constituency in Patna as an MLA.

Nadda, who assumed the presidency of the BJP in January 2020, has completed his full term and has been granted an extension to guide the party through the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
