Congress Parliamentary Party chairperson Sonia Gandhi was hospitalized at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in New Delhi on Sunday (June 15) due to stomach issues, as reported by sources.
Gandhi (78) was admitted to the gastroenterology department around 9 pm, according to hospital sources.
They indicated that Gandhi’s condition is stable, and she is being monitored by a team of doctors.
On June 9, the former Congress president had a medical check-up at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital.
Just two days before that check-up, she underwent tests at Indira Gandhi Medical College Hospital in Shimla after indicating high blood pressure.
