The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has created a comprehensive plan for the flatted factory complex, which will be located in Sector 28 of Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, involving a total investment of ₹125 crore, according to the statement.

The statement indicated that preparatory work, including the master plan and associated reports, is currently in progress, with construction expected to be finalized within 24 months.
The flatted factory will offer fully equipped units with all necessary facilities, facilitating smooth production and operations.
This proposed complex is anticipated to significantly contribute to attracting investments in the area, fostering local economic growth, and creating job opportunities, especially for the youth, it continued.
The multi-storey flatted factory will span over 38,665 square feet.
In addition to the primary building, the complex will be developed to accommodate future requirements. It will feature all modern amenities, including internal water supply, electricity, fire safety measures, elevators, and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems, as stated.
