NDA CMs Conference Adopts Resolution Commending Indian Armed Forces and PM Modi for Operation Sindoor
The Chief Ministers’ conclave of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in New Delhi adopted a resolution praising the Indian Armed Forces and Prime Minister Narendra Modi for Operation Sindoor on Sunday, May 25.

Deputy CM of Maharashtra and Shiv Sena leader Eknath Shinde introduced the resolution, noting that the operation has bolstered the confidence of the Indian populace, according to PTI sources.

PM Narendra Modi, accompanied by key Union ministers like Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh, and JP Nadda, participated in the high-level meeting with Chief Ministers and Deputy CMs of the NDA on Sunday, May 25.
The event concentrated on governance strategies and policy discussions, as reported by PTI. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) confirmed that the discussions would address several priority topics, including Operation Sindoor, the forthcoming caste-based census, and enhancing administrative effectiveness in NDA-ruled states.

Vinay Sahasrabuddhe, who heads the BJP’s good governance department, indicated that the meeting was likely to adopt two major resolutions: one honoring the Indian armed forces and PM Modi for the successful execution of Operation Sindoor, and another commending the Centre’s decision to incorporate caste enumeration in the next census.

“A considerable portion of the discussions at this conclave will focus on best practices among various NDA state governments. State CMs will present their initiatives,” Sahasrabuddhe told PTI.

According to an earlier PTI report, the meeting is expected to prioritize planning and governance discussions. The gathering will also assess plans for upcoming national observances, including the first anniversary of the Modi government’s third consecutive term, the tenth International Yoga Day, and the fiftieth anniversary of the Emergency declaration in 1975.

This conclave arrives at a crucial time as the NDA seeks to reinforce its achievements while fostering collaboration among its alliance partners. It is particularly significant in light of the forthcoming state assembly elections in Bihar later this year, as well as in Tamil Nadu and West Bengal in 2026.

Party leaders are anticipated to formulate a unified approach to achieve development objectives and strengthen Centre-state cooperation under the NDA framework.
