Travel services provider Thomas Cook (India) Ltd announced on Monday (August 3) a consolidated net profit of ₹58.7 crore for the first quarter, reflecting a 5.8% increase from ₹55.5 crore during the same period last year. Revenue rose by 1.2% year-on-year to ₹828 crore from ₹818 crore in Q1 FY26.
The company’s EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation) improved by 35.2% to ₹41.5 crore, up from ₹30.7 crore in the previous year’s quarter. The EBITDA margin increased to 5.02%, compared to 3.76% from the corresponding period last year.
