Hexaware Collaborates with SmartRent to Enhance AI-Driven Customer Operations and Revenue Growth
IT services and solutions provider Hexaware Technologies Ltd announced on Monday (July 6) that it has formed a strategic partnership with SmartRent Inc. to enhance customer operations and revenue processes through AI-driven solutions.

SmartRent, Inc. is a premier technology provider for apartment communities, specializing in smart operational solutions for the rental housing sector. This partnership will concentrate on three interconnected workstreams: AI-enhanced customer experience, bill-to-cash operations, and lead-to-order process transformation via Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced.

In the customer experience initiative, Hexaware will implement AI-powered voice agents and intelligent orchestration across voice, email, and chat channels to improve SmartRent’s customer support operations and service delivery.

Within the revenue operations domain, Hexaware will set up an intelligent bill-to-cash platform designed to enhance revenue results and manage data, insights, actions, and processes for improved days sales outstanding (DSO) performance.

For lead-to-order transformation, the company will utilize Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced to refine SmartRent’s quoting and order processes. This implementation is anticipated to facilitate quicker quote cycles, better pricing governance, and a cohesive overview of the revenue pipeline, emphasizing total cost of ownership and tangible business outcomes.
