For a limited time, from June 22 to July 21, 2026, customers who book selected properties on the platform can enjoy discounts of up to 15%.
Industry data indicates a growing trend among travellers to arrange flights, accommodation, and other services in one location. Research also shows that leisure travellers frequently prefer bundled packages that incorporate these choices.
Air India reported that its Maharaja Club loyalty programme has significantly expanded in the past two years, now featuring over 100 brand partners across various sectors. Being a part of Star Alliance, members also gain access to numerous global advantages within the alliance’s extensive international network.
Earlier this month, Air India introduced a new ‘Basic’ fare category for domestic economy travellers, offering a more affordable ticket option.
This new choice removes complimentary in-flight meals in exchange for a reduced ticket price, resulting in savings of approximately ₹ 500 to ₹ 600 per journey. However, it still offers a 15 kg checked baggage allowance, a 7 kg cabin baggage allowance, and complimentary tea or coffee on board.
The fare is currently being pilot-tested on select short-haul domestic routes such as Delhi–Chandigarh, Delhi–Amritsar, and Bengaluru–Hyderabad.
